So glad I bought this printer! It prints clearly and very quickly. I purchased the Bluetooth model. Connecting the printer to my computer with the USB connection was super easy.I ran into issues with connecting via Bluetooth. After trying to resolve the problem myself for over 2 weeks, I finally relented and called Tech Support. So glad I did! Mark, a Tech Support Specialist, patiently and professionally resolved the issue in about 45 minutes. Initially, we went back and forth on the Arkscan website online chat and it was kind of difficult to communicate what was happening on my end. Mark asked permission to remotely connect to my PC so he could view settings and create the necessary configurations. I really appreciate how resourceful and determined he is. Customer service at its very finest! US-based!Turns out that for some reason, the printer had to be reset to factory settings. Mark hit reset and I was back in business! Thank you, Mark and Arkscan!We just received our Arkscan label printer and we went thru the set up online with help from Mark. While there are several steps to do this, Mark was super helpful and walked us thru step by step to set it up both via USB and wireless. We are excited to start using this printer for our business.The printer works as it should. The self peeling label feature is very nice for saving time. We have had 2 issues with the printer and both of them were an easy fix thanks to the live help feature on the Arkscan websiteYes it took sometime to set up but customer service responded quickly.
