this printer worked exactly as expected. I ordered one and it arrived but the pause button was broken. I called and it was immediately refunded and a new one was sent. Would purchase this item again and probably will as we use them at work to the point where we wear them out.Very good conditionsworking good great price.Excellent valueThe unit did not come with the Thermal Ribbon Payoff Real. Box was sealed and unopened.Printer is advertised as both Direct thermal and thermal transfer. First one we bought came with ribbon spools so it could be used for both functions. Second unit did not have ribbon spools and could not be used as Thermal Transfer. This was unable to be used by our company and returned. Be careful you may not be shipped what you think you are buying!
