The only thing I didn't like was the labels weren't really labeled for their uses so I didn't know which template I needed to print but I took out a measuring tape and measured my labels and then I knew what template to use from the offered choices because they had the label sizes on the templates.I didn't know this would be a one stop shopping for all my labeling needs. It prints so fast and multiple labels come out with ease. I use them for labeling my cookies for when I do bake sales but you can use it for shipping labels and probably a host of other labeling needs. I bought another smaller label machine and probably don't need it now but I will keep that one from DYMO as well. It's a good product. So far so good.
