So happy to have ordered these labels :) The online designs are intuitive and easy to use. I've already made labels for all 3 batches we are brewing right now and they were centered perfectly in my printer right off the bat-no fiddly adjustments or test pages needed (though they are there if you do). Great purchase!Let me start off by saying that these labels work exactly as they should! I was considering both the inkjet and laser versions of these labels and chose these instead of the others by my mistake. Not taking the time to read the label, I activated the online Maestro design software (which I really like), created a mock-up label and printed it in full color on my inkjet printer. The image was blurry and the ink wiped right off. I read the package label, realized my mistake, looked at my black & white laser printer, and printed a grayscale version of my beautiful labels. The images were crisp and very detailed with no detectible flaws to print quality. So - if you think you can get these and just run them through an inkjet - they will not bond to the inks. Just like they were intended.The label material is what feels like Mylar or similar plastic film. The label and adhesive stand up to condensation with no problems. The image does not run or disintegrate; and the label remains affixed.For best application results, apply labels to room temperature items. Applying them to a cold surface may keep the adhesive from working to the best of its ability. For best removal results, peel the label off while the item is cold - 38-40 degrees. If the item is warmer, you stand a pretty good chance of leaving much of the adhesive behind.So, although these labels are not exactly what I was looking for, they work very well, and - if I had a color laser printer - I would buy them again.I love the labels. For the amount of labels you get, the price its great. I had a small issue with the alignment but there is a way to adjust the settings to fit the label perfectly. The online program is pretty easy to use but you only get it for a year so you better be an avid Home Brewer to use up all of them in that time. The only real problem I have is that both sides of the paper is bright white and difficult to figure out which side is the label side. Usually when you buy specialty labels one of the sides is marked to show you know which side to print on. With these you have to look real close to the page to see the very fine outline of the labels.These labels and the system you use to print them with are great for the most part. One thing we noticed is when they get cold the adhesive does not stick to well. But for the most part they stick. Customer service was fairly easy to deal with. The order got lost by UPS and after a few emails with the company they sent a new order out to me. I was happy they did right by me.Purchased the Inkjet version and printed in color on a Laser printer. Labels maintain quality image even when soaking wet. Will definitely purchase again.These arrived quickly and were exactly as expected. The program to design them was easy to use. And the value was great. So many labels for a great price. The adhesion seems great so far. Just put them on last week with no issues. I Plan on purchasing these again in the futureGreat product. The design software is very intuitive and easy to use. It saves your designs as PDFs, so you can print as much as you like.I bought a bunch of labels twice and now I need to bottle again, so I'm all ready to print with everything laid up and stuff, and.... It won't let me use the same account, apparently there's a time limit after adding the activation key. I can't even call them until Tuesday (trying to finish my bottling on the beginning of a long weekend.)Extremely frustrating.
