Love the quality of the printer and the ink but the app you have to use to print off this. Is HORRIBLE . Makes the whole printer not worth it. Crashes, freezes with every move you make. Takes about 20 minutes to print 3 labels if you’re lucky.I've been using this little printer for the last few weeks and I'm pleased so far. The free app is good and works fine for what I need. I do wish it was a little more intuitive for printing inventory tags. I keep a spreadsheet that I import over and it would be nice if the app could just pull over the new spreadsheet info without having to make adjustments to the tag template I created. But even so, it's pretty easy to fix any adjustments because whatever you do to one tag flows out to every other tag on the print list. Bluetooth connection can be slow at times, but I've always been able to get it to connect. Overall for the price it's great.Go for it... you receive what you paid for. fair!I am printing labels from my iPhone. Everything works well to begin with. I have not purchased replacement labels yet.This thing is awesome. Otherwise you would have to pay every month for the most basic of upgrades with very limited options, mostly more fonts from I can see. But this is only day one since I've been using it, lots to learn yet. It does come with 3 basic fonts one of them is fun so I used that one. Label printers have come a long ways since the peel off hard plastic ones. I highly recommend this at least at this point. If anything changes I'll be back with an update but for now I'm lovin it.
